These Terms govern access to ShadowAI Guard. By using the website, checkout, or service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service

ShadowAI Guard provides software for shadow AI discovery, AI usage governance, policy workflows, risk scoring, alerts, and reporting. The service provides operational information and workflow support; it does not provide legal advice, guarantee compliance, or guarantee prevention of data leakage, employee misuse, regulatory action, or security incidents.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your users, data, configurations, telemetry sources, employee notices, lawful basis, retention settings, policies, access controls, and decisions made from service outputs. You must not use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, unauthorized interception, or any use that violates privacy, labor, employment, sector-specific, or data protection laws.

Payments and renewals

Paid plans are charged according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Annual billing reflects the displayed annual discount and is charged upfront. Payments may be handled through NOWPayments. Crypto payments may involve network fees, volatility, settlement delays, provider rules, and irreversible transactions. Taxes, duties, and similar charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by us in writing. If a duplicate payment or technical payment error occurs, contact support@aigeamy.com with order details for review.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious content, violate third-party rights, or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk for us, our providers, or other customers.

Confidentiality and data

Each party will protect confidential information using reasonable care. You retain rights to customer data, and you grant us the rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring submitted data may lawfully be processed.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and specific compliance outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, regulatory outcomes, or substitute services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your data, configurations, unlawful use, employee monitoring practices, policy decisions, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes and termination

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, misuse, or breach. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
